Dee's Cake Designs is owned and operated by Diedre Rattigan, who has been following her passion for providing specialty wedding cakes since 1985.
For over 24 years Dee’s visionary goal has been to offer unique brides with equally unique and masterfully designed wedding cakes, exceeding imagination and expectation.
Dee’s Cake Designs has proudly baked for Cakes Across America for over ten years, servicing venues large and small and for all occasions. Additionally, Dee’s Cake Designs are now happy to be a selected baker for David’s Bridal network of wedding service providers under the new Wedding Cakes Across America program.

Dee’s love for baking can be seen and tasted in all of her works. Aside from enlisting the special talents of her family members, Dee also translates the warmth they bring in the oven. Her creations, from the smallest petit fours to the largest five-tier wedding cake, wistfully radiate savory flavors from the personal touch Deidre puts in every bite.

In creating your masterpiece, Dee specializes in working with rolled fondant, which allows more intricate design options. Not unlike an artist works in oils and clays, every effort is made to find synergy in both vision and depiction. And of course every creation is made from scratch and baked fresh for your needs.
